The model known as SLIPS. Our operation model is designed for maximizing customer satisfaction by maintaining an uninterrupted flow of communication among buyers and GIMEX.

Step 1 -- Sampling:

Photo Sample
Sample Confirmation
Price Negotiation
Purchase Order

   Step 2 – Legal:

Proceed for L/C and Proforma Invoice.
L/C Copy to GIMEX
L/C from buyer’s bank to GIMEX

  

Step 3 – Information:

Correspondence for product details
Material acquisition
Pre Production sample

Workplace Facilities:

Separate washroom for male and female.
Dedicated dining hall.
Medical Centre.
Tic Childcare Centre.
Tic Pure drinking water.
Tic Industrial exhaust system.
Tic Training facilities.
Tic Two festival bonus.
Tic Attendance bonus.
Tic Financial help for education, medical and marriage ceremony.
Tic Cultural event (picnic)
 

Step 4 – Production:

Initiate production
Continuous feedback on production development
Finished sample sent to buyer

   Step 5 – Shipment:

Production sent for shipment
Cross check export documents
Transfer goods and payments
Customer feedback
